This Personalized Keychain will hold all of your keys and quickly snap on to a belt, water bottle, finger or any other item you find handy. Choose from 7 stainless steel hardware options for fine tuning. This thick Full-Grain Leather Keychain was originally designed as a way to clip your keys to your belt via the solid brass snap. A lot of people find it works as a great gift item when personalized, you can have it stamped or branded with initials. Plus it comes with a free tin of my shop made leather conditioner.
SIZE:
This leather keychain will fit over belts just over 1.75 inches wide. The leather is cut to 15/16 inches wide, see below for details on lengths.
HARDWARE OPTIONS
All hardware options are made from Stainless Steel, with the exception of ‘Square’. See below for more details:
RING: A simple and strong standard split ring, except this one is stainless steel! Fits around 9 keys on the ring. Measurement from top to end of hardware tip: 4.5 inches.
SQUARE: Fits around 7 keys on the pin. Measurement from top to end of hardware tip: 4.25 inches. To add or remove keys you will need a small pointy object such as a mini screw driver to push in the spring loaded pin on one side. Then push the pin out, load your keys, then push the pin back down and replace. It might take a little finagling, but it’s very secure!
DEE: Using a stainless steel dee-ring with 3 stainless steel mini split rings to hold your keys. Fits around 4 keys per ring, or 12 total using all three provided. Measurement from top to end of hardware tip: 4.5 inches.
SWIVEL: Let your keys fully rotate in most directions with 3 stainless steel mini split rings to hold your keys. Fits around 4 keys per ring, or 12 total using all three provided. Measurement from top to end of hardware tip: 5.5 inches.
DROP: A unique piece of horse gear, it’s part of a mouth bit and uses 3 stainless steel mini split rings to hold your keys. Fits around 4 keys per ring, or 12 total using all three provided. Measurement from top to end of hardware tip: 6 inches.
HIP: Another fun piece of horse gear typically attached to the harness and uses 3 stainless steel mini split rings to hold your keys. Fits around 4 keys per ring, or 12 total using all three provided. Measurement from top to end of hardware tip: 5.5 inches.
CLIP: Placing a clip at the end allows for easy unclipping of your own keyring. Will clip onto any ring of keys, or perhaps other items. Measurement from top to end of hardware tip: 6.25 inches.
Please note that we only use the best Full-Grain leather in our shop and it is tooled by hand. This means there may be the occasional natural scar or marking that occurred during the cow’s lifetime, as well as some subtle tooling marks. It’s just a testament to the hand-worked leather. Colors may vary slightly from the photos due to the dye process used.
