Here’s a look at how my customers’ purchases are aging over time. Each item will develop its own unique patina depending on how you use it, how often, and what it’s exposed to. That’s the magic of using high-end Full Grain Vegetable Tanned Leather.

Here's a wide version of my Double Tongue Belt Line. It's a beefy 1.75 inches wide and almost 1/4 inch thick. Handmade right here in my small U.S. workshop on a per-order basis featuring U.S. Full Grain Leather and Solid Brass buckle options.The buckle end will unsnap allowing you to use different double tongue buckle varieties over time. The standard belt is made with 8 sets of punched holes, however you can also choose to extend the hole punches for the entire length of the belt, see the image for directions. The optional edge dye and wax will up your game a bit for a more refined look. Details below.
All leather belts come with a free tin of my own shop-made leather conditioner to help you keep it in great shape.
SIZE:
Please see the size chart photo for details on how to get your correct belt size. Don’t use pants or waist size as it will not work. The width of the belt is approximately 1.75 inches and the leather measures just over 3/16″ thick. Made entirely from one piece of Full Grain Leather, not too many belts are made with this high a quality of leather (typically mass-produced goods use two layers of thin ‘Bonded Leather with cardboard sewn in between for bulk, no joke!)
BUCKLES:
Two double tongue belt buckle options. Solid brass or nickel plated solid brass. Snap hardware will match your buckle choice. Exact buckle shapes may vary slightly over time as our buckle supplier alters the design.
EDGE OPTIONS:
REGULAR – I hand bevel the inner edge and they remain untreated.
WAXED – After hand beveling, the edges are then slicked and burnished smooth. I then apply a layer of wax which is hand-polished into the edge. This creates a nice, clean look, pleasing to the eye.
DYED – This option can be chosen along with the above. The edges will be darkened with black dye. It’s a nice touch with the brown leather especially. You do not need to select this option if you are ordering a black leather belt.
PERSONALIZATION:
On all belts, personalization will go n the back side above the numbers. A total of 6 characters can be used on belts.
