Mr. Lentz accepts payment via credit card or Paypal through direct checkout on Paypal’s site. Payments are secure and Mr. Lentz does not store your credit card or bank info.


Shipping Policy

I work hard to get your order out to you faster than a galloping horse…well I guess that doesn’t sound so fast, but how will free shipping in the U.S. do? I ship the majority of my items via USPS mail. It is FAST! Typical shipping times are 2-5 days depending on how far the delivery horse needs to travel.. International shipments will go via U.S. first class mail. International shipments are all insured, but please note that Mr. Lentz can’t always predict the actions of governing customs officials. Though very rare – International shipments may incur a customs or duty fee. Mr. Lentz is not responsible for paying your country’s customs fee for delivery. Free shipping to all U.S. 50 states unless otherwise noted due to increased USPS shipping rates, reduced rate shipping international. Depending on the item, I, Mr. Lentz may occasionally need to change the shipping price due to increased shipping costs imposed by USPS. Please note that I can no longer offer refunds on Express Mail packages that miss the USPS declared ‘guaranteed delivery date’ unless the package has been determined to be lost (not marked as delivered). While they do offer to refund the label price if they miss the guaranteed date, it has become impossible for me to collect from them.


Return Policy

You got 7 days partner, for a refund because I’m sure you’ll be happy! There sure is a reason I have around 3,000 five star reviews. See below for full policy details on each type of item.

But first you should know that every item I make comes with a 100 Year Guarantee. What’s that you say?

Well, every item is built with the finest Full-Grain Vegetable-Tanned Leather, Solid Brass Rivets, and other stainless steel hardware, plus it comes with a tin of my own handmade leather conditioner (buy nice or buy twice…right?) As such I give a 100 Year Guarantee against material defects or defects in craftsmanship, full details on my website. Now, if you just want a simple return please see the details below for what I can do for you:

All items in the shop are handmade per order with a lot of care and detail. No item in the shop is ever resold and we don’t keep inventory of any one item. This means we need to have a tighter return policy than those larger box stores. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you must contact me within 5 days of receiving your item. If it falls within the return policies detailed below then a return or exchange will be offered.


All Wallets and Small Accessories come with a 7 day refund policy (minus actual shipping costs). Personalized wallets and accessories are non-refundable as well as any item that has been customized in any way including adding grommets to wallets, however I will gladly make you a new one if your’s is defective. All items that have been exchanged are considered a final sale and are non-returnable. Get in touch with me within the first 5 days of delivery of your wallet or small accessory and I can either exchange it for you, or I will email specific instructions for how to return the item (all actual shipping costs will not be refunded). You must follow the return instructions to be eligible for the refund. The return package must be postmarked on the 7th day, and the item must be in brand new unused condition and include all original packaging and conditioner. Refunds will be issued within 10 days of receiving your item back in the shop.


Bags and purses, toiletry kits and similar items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is found to have a material defect, in which case, Mr. Lentz will remake the bag for you at no additional cost. No refunds will be provided on these purchases. Before you order one, make sure you ask Mr. Lentz any questions you may have and be sure to view the product videos too. Please email Mr. Lentz a photo of the defect within 5 days of receipt of the item.


Belt size must be measured according to the chart provided. Unfortunately Mr. Lentz does not accept returns or exchanges on belts due to fit. Each and every one is made by hand specifically for your order and Mr. Lentz does not keep inventory of belts or resell them. If you do have a belt with a material defect please get in touch with Mr. Lentz immediately and he can help resolve the situation by providing an exchange for the same belt in the same size and color only.

For all custom orders and custom sized items including dog collars and leashes: these items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is found to have a material defect, in which case, Mr. Lentz will remake the custom sized item for you at no additional cost. No refunds will be provided on custom sized purchases. Before you order one, make sure you ask Mr. Lentz any questions you may have. Please email Mr. Lentz a photo of the defect within 7 days of receipt of the item.



Pricing Details

Each item in the Mr. Lentz Shop is priced as marked. Occasionally an item will go on sale, or other promotions may occur. These occur very rarely though…reserved for special occasions. All items featured in Mr. Lentz’s shop are made to order, some however are one of a kind due to their complexity.


100 Year Warranty Against Material Defects:

Mr. Lentz Stands behind the quality of everything he makes. The warranty applies to all leather goods as marked and is specific to material defects found in the workmanship of the product. It does not apply to improper use, washing, loss, wear and tear or any other situation regarding the product. The 100 Year Guarantee assumes that you have been regularly conditioning the item with Mr. Lentz’s Spiff N’ Shine to keep the leather fibers in good shape. If you believe an item purchased from Mr. Lentz’s shop shows a material defect within the 100 years of purchase, please get in touch via email and send photos of the defect. Mr. Lentz may then offer to repair the product free of charge providing the customer pays shipping to and from Mr. Lentz’s workshop.
